This is a mixed class of ages and abilities all are welcome 

we encourage students to arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to book in and pay
all Students should bring a drink or fruit to help keep hydrated and sugar levels up during training 
 
we recommend that for the first few lessons you wear loose fitting comfortable clothes such as shorts, leggings or joggers and a Tshirt
 
If you decide to stay and train with us a Jujitsu Gi is what we normally train in unless specified otherwise by the Sensei
